It has a large living and dining room combination with French doors that open to the porch with a dramatic view of Stocking Island from the 70 foot long porch that is only 10 feet from the crystal blue waters. There is a bedroom, kitchen and a bath that has a separate entry from the living room as well as the bedroom.
